Europe : 3–6 business days
United States : 6–8 business days
Worldwide: 8–10 business days
Each artwork is created by hand and made to order.
Please allow 2–3 business days for careful preparation before shipment.
All artworks are shipped in secure, protective packaging to ensure their safety during transit.
A frame is included only if explicitly stated in the artwork description.
If no frame is specified, the artwork is shipped unframed in its original form.

Europe (EU): 6–10 business days
United States (US): 8–12 business days
Worldwide: 10–14 business days
All clothing pieces are made to order.
Please allow up to 7 days for creation and dispatch.
Orders are processed individually and in the order they are received.
14-Day return policy (clothing)
You may request a return for clothing items
within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
– in the same condition as received
– unused and unworn
– with original tags attached
– in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the return status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
(minus return shipping costs).
Important information regarding artwork returns
Original artworks and made-to-order art pieces are not eligible for return,
in accordance with European Union consumer law.
Please review the artwork description carefully before placing your order.
Customs & taxes
Orders within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties or taxes.
For orders outside the EU, local taxes and/or customs duties may apply
according to the regulations of the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
